Sketch of the day

In order to get back into my artwork as a daily practice I'm starting a new segment on my blog where I will be posting daily sketches of whatever, whenever.  It may be progress on a big project, or simple sketches, as long as it gets me drawing again I don't really care what it may be.

Weekly favorites

1.  I have a major sweet tooth, so eating sugar is my biggest weakness. lately I have been craving these oskri bars- they taste like a great indulgence, but are actually good for you.

2.  If you have never heard of fitness blender, you should really check them out. This husband and wife duo leaves me sweating buckets after each workout. Warning- these workouts are tough as hell, but if you are ready for a challenge, I highly recommend them.

3.  This store is heaven. Especially because I don't over spend on simple items 

4. I really want one of those miniature woven tapestries. But they cost me like an arm and a leg. 

5.  Perfect avocados are wonderful

Weekly favorites !

3. Im not sure why I never tried plain vanilla yoplait, but it's really good with chopped fruit and chia seeds for a low cal, healthy breakfast. Siggi's is still my favorite so far with the highest protein count to low sugar ratio! Plus it adds a nice tart to smoothies.

4. I tried a caprese panini today that was out of this world; see recipe

5. This will always be one of my favorite instramental songs.
